YEREVAN, APRIL 17, NOYAN TAPAN. The Congress of Football European Union (UEFA) will take place on April 18 in the city of Cardiff, Wales. Among the important issues to be discussed are determination of the place of two matches of Armenian and Azerbaijani national teams. The representatives of Armenian and Azerbaijani Football Federations will not take part in the discussion of the issue, as the decision will be made by UEFA.
