YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, NOYAN TAPAN. Armen Mazmanian, Art Director of Goy theater-studio, accused of slandering and insulting People's Party Chairman, ALM TV company's owner Tigran Karapetian, again did not appear before first instance court of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash communities on November 29. As judge Mnatsakan Martirosian presiding over at the court sitting informed, the defendant submitted a certificate of invalidity to the court, according to which a confinement to bed was determined to him. The judge said that unless the defendant comes to the court sitting scheduled for December 14, the court will appoint a forensic expertise and the case may be suspended due to the defendant's illness.
