YEREVAN, OCTOBER 4, NOYAN TAPAN. Regular Yerevan International Conference dedicated to the subject "The Role of Constitutional Courts in Ensuring Democratic Elections" will be organized on October 5-7 in Yerevan. The conference was organized by RA Constitutional Court, Council of Europe's European Commission Democracy Through Law, Conference of Constitutional Control Bodies of Young Democracy Countries and RA Constitutional Law Center. It is planned that RA Constitutional Court Chairman Gagik Haroutiunian, Secretary General of Council of Europe Venice Commission Gianni Buquicchio, RA NA Speaker Tigran Torosian, Head of OSCE Yerevan Office, Ambassador Vladimir Pryakhin, Director of Armenian Office of American Bar Association (ABA) S.Smith will make opening speeches at the conference.
