CAIRO, AUGUST 1, NOYAN TAPAN. The delegation headed by the RA Deputy Minister of Agriculture Samvel Galstian paid a working visit to Egypt on July 25-30 with the aim of promoting the bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Egypt in the sphere of agriculture. During the visit, the Armenian delegation met with the Egyptian minister of agriculture, the director of the center on agricultural studies and heads of other specialized institutions. The process and priority programs of the work on agricultural development of the two countries, and the opportunities for cooperation in the spheres of mutual interest were discussed at the meeting with the Egyptian minister of agriculture. According to the RA MFA Press and Information Department, the Armenian side restated the Armenian agricultural minister's invitation to his Egyptian counterpart, asking him to participate in AgroForum to be held in Yerevan in September.
