ASHTARAK, JUNE 27, NOYAN TAPAN. Haymaking is in full swing in Talin region of Aragatsotn marz. But it is not in all comunities that the work is well organized and proceeds in accordance with the schedule. Plenipotentiary representative of the regional governor Ashot Hovhannisian told NT correspondent that land owners have to look for mowing-machines in other villages of the marz for days on end because of carelessness of some community heads. Those who have the luck to find mowers are able to save their crops. According to A. Hovhannisian, the situation is especially sad in Davtashen and Verin Sasnashen communities.
