NOYEMBERIAN, JUNE 21, NOYAN TAPAN. Noyemberian Union of Communities implements "Efficient Self-Government" program with the grant of the Euroasia Foundation. As Gnel Zalinian, assistant to the program chief, informed Noyan Tapan correspondent, one computer was bought for each of 10 prefectures of the region by the program. At that, 2 of 10 computers were bought thanks to the investments of the Union of Armenian Communities. The accountants and clerks of these prefectures' staffs took part in courses on the subject "Communal Clerical Work," "Population's Register," "Automatized Budget System." It is planned to create an intercommunal computer network at the end of the 8-month program.
