YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 9, NOYAN TAPAN. The public organization "Adults' Education and Study during Whole Life" the presentation of which took place on November 9 will implement a program "Education for Teachers" with financing of International Cooperation Institute Armenian Branch of the Democratic High Schools Union of Germany. As Arevik Sargsian, the Chairwoman of the organization mentioned 140 specialists of different spheres will pass a re-training within the framework of the program and in their turn, will held re-training courses in future. A.Sargsian also mentioned that the "European Association of Education of Adults" has already accepted the address of the Armenian organization for membership. This will be affirmed at the conference to take place in Norway on November 18-20. Sona Haroutiunian, the Chief of the "RA Employment Service" agency of the RA Ministry of Labour and Social Issues, mentioned that principles concerning adults' education are also envisaged by the RA law "On Social Security of Population in the Case of Employment and Unemployment" adopted by the NA recently. According to her, 12 education programs for adults will be implemented in 2006, 5 of which by financing of state budget and 7 ones by financing of the RA Social Insurance State Fund.
