YEREVAN, August 10 (Noyan Tapan). The preparatory period of the olympic team of Armenia has passed successfully, training tasks have been fulfilled completely and all the material and technical problems have also been resolved. Members of the Armenian delegation leaving for Athens for participation in the 28th Olympic Games reported about it to RA Prime Minister Andranik Margarian. According to Hovik Abrahamian, RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Coordination of Infrastructure Activities and Chairman of the Steering Committee, and Ishkhan Zakarian, Chairman of the Armenian Olympic Committee, the olympic team of Armenia consists of first-class sportsmen, the majority of them are champions of different international competitions and holders of medals. Members of the steering committee, coaches, 18 sportsmen on nine sports are within the Armenian delegation.
