On 23 September President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received philanthropists Sergey and Nikolay Sarkisovs from the Russian Federation and Aramayis Paronyan from the USA. The Head of the State expressed gratitude to the philanthropists for assisting the school building process in Artsakh underlying special significance of this sphere for our country. Issues related to carrying out some other projects in the NKR were also discussed during the meeting. Minister of education and science Vladik Khachatryan partook at the meeting.
