MEETINGS OF THE NKR MINISTER OF CULTURE AND YOUTH AFFAIRS AT THE CITY HALL OF VALENCE

On November 18, in the framework of her visit to France, NKR Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine Aghabalian met with Mayor of Valence Nicolas Daragon at the Valence City Hall.
During the meeting, Nicolas Daragon informed that at the November 17 official reception taken place at the Valence City Hall with the participation of Chairman of the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle Francois Rochebloine he had stated his decision to join the France-Karabakh Friendship Circle.
Expressing her gratitude to Nicolas Daragon for the initiative, the Minister handed him on the official consent of Mayor of Stepanakert Suren Grigorian to sign a Declaration of Friendship between Valence and Stepanakert towns.
Mayor of Bourg-les-Valence Marlene Murie, Deputy Mayor of Valence Ani Kulaksezian-Romi, and NKR Permanent Representative to France Hovhannes Gevorgyan were also present at the meeting.
On the same day, the NKR Minister of Culture, Mayors of Bourg-les-Valence and Valence attended the concert of the Voices of Artsakh group, which was organized in the framework of the cultural cooperation, in accordance with the Declaration of Friendship signed between Bourg-les-Valence and Shushi towns. The concert took place at the Le Rhone Theatre of Bourg-les-Valence.
