The 10th issue of “Globus” analytical bulletin for 2015 has been published, covering regional and geopolitical problems.
In the context of regional problems the authors deliberate on Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, prospects to restart the Southern Stream project in the context of Bulgarian municipal elections, the Armenian community of Turkey at the forefront of snap parliamentary elections, Russian policies in Syria, Ukrainian fundamentalists and Syrian terrorists.
In the context of geopolitical problems the possible deep changes in the Greater Middle East, development scenarios for Russia-West relations, forthcoming presidential elections in the USA, and Chinese policies are discussed.
The bulletin also contains news pertaining to some remarkable recent facts and events connected with information security and the Diaspora.
