On 16 September President Bako Sahakyan attended the exhibition of Honored Artist of the Republic of Armenia Karen Grigorian devoted to the 25th anniversary of the NKR proclamation.
The Head of the State highlighted holding such events underlining the creation of lasting values relating to crucial historical events.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan and other officials were present at the event.
