On 21 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received well-known Russian painter or Armenian descent Yuri Grigoryan.
Issues related to the sphere of fine arts in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting.
President Sahakyan signified constant ties of the Diaspora artists with the Motherland underlining that they contribute to the development of culture in the Motherland and maintenance of national identity in the Diaspora.
