TBILISI, DECEMBER 16, NOYAN TAPAN. An international under-18 handball tournament was held in Tbilisi on December 9-14. The Armenian team defeated the team of Azerbaijan (14-7) and the team of Georgian regions (22-20), then it lost to Tbilisi's handball team (9-20) and took second place.
