At the initiative of the “Armfighting” Federation of the Republic of Armenia, professional competitions of fights without rules (MMA) were held in Yerevan on March 26.
In an interview with “Artsakhpress”, the head coach of the professional federation’s team of Artsakh, sportsman Armen Hayrapetyan said that he presented Artsakh in the professional competitions ( 50 kg category) and within 20 seconds applying the hand breaking method, he defeated the opponent and won the first place.
"I received a gold medal and diploma. I am planning to participate in fights without rules (MMA) world championship to be held in China, "said Hayrapetyan.
