YEREVAN, JULY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. The Europe Youth Weight-Lifting Championship will be held between July 25 to August 2 in Sweden. Smbat Margarian (56 kg, Yerevan), Ruben Mamoyan (62 kg, Etchmiadzin), Hayk Hakobian (+105 kg, Gyumri), Ruben Alexanian (+105 kg, Ararat), Alla Samvelian (58 kg, Baghramian) and Astghik Galstian (63 kg, Yerevan) will represent Armenia. The boys' team has held an educational-sporting gathering in Abovian since July 13 and the girls are trained by their trainers at their places.
