Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan was present in Stepanakert at an opening ceremony of a monument commemorating Artyom Avagyan, perished in the 44-day Artsakh war.
The Head of the State paid tribute and expressed his gratitude to the parents of Artyom Avagyan for raising a heroic son with a patriotic spirit. At the same time, the President noted that, remembering and glorifying all the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the independence and freedom of the Motherland, we will continue to protect and develop the Artsakh Republic.
