On September 7, according to RA criminal code, article 373, part 3 on a suspicion of committing crime the soldier Lendrush Samvel Nazlukhanyan was arrested, within the frames of the work on NKR army soldier Hayk Vasili Mkrtchyan’s death . The investigation is being continued. This was reported by the department of Information and Public Relations of RA Ministry of Defense.
