On 23 October President Bako Sahakyan partook in a final stage of the joint command staff maneuvers with the participation of the Artsakh rescue service and the Armenia’s ministry for emergency situations units in the town of Shoushi.
The Head of the State underlined in his speech that the events have shown high level of readiness, technical equipment of the two Armenian republics’ corresponding structures as well as the existence of close cooperation between them.
Bako Sahakyan considered important to hold such maneuvers periodically noting their usefulness for both Artsakh and Armenia.
President Sahakyan handed in awards and valuable gifts to the a group of representatives of the NKR rescue service, the RA ministry for emergency situations and other structures distinguished in the course of maneuvers.
