On 8 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring military rank of lieutenant-general to head of the National Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers Arshavir Gharamyan.
On the same day the Head of the State signed a decree on making an amendment to the promotion list of candidates for judges.
