On 8 December President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding actor, People's Artist of the Republic of Armenia Hrant Tokhatyan and Armenia TV “The Hour” news program director and producer Artak Herikyan with the “Gratitude” medal for services rendered to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic and contribution to the organization of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund's activities.
