NKR Foreign Minister Received International Observers from the Republic of Abkhazia

On February 20, Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received Deputy Chair of the People’s Assembly-Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia Emma Gamisonia and MPs Mkhra Pachulia and Levon Galustian, who had arrived in Artsakh with an international observation mission – to monitor the referendum on the draft new Constitution of the NKR.
During the meeting, the sides emphasized the high level of relations established between the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Abkhazia. They also expressed their determination to continue the efforts aimed at the consistent development and expansion of the traditionally warm and friendly relations between the two countries and their peoples.
