In April 2018, Ayb School’s Engineering Club is participating in the National Robotics Challenge in the United States. Our team is ready to thrive in the national robotics platform of America and to win the golden award.

To present Armenia in the world’s biggest robotics competition, they need to raise $6000 of which $3500 they are raising through the Indiegogo.com platform.

Our young engineers have been participating in this competition for the last two years, winning bronze and silver awards as well as the very special Honda Innovation Award for the most creative/innovative design.

The National Robotics Challenge is the longest continually operating robotics competition in the world. It is an annual event that takes place in Marion, Ohio. It was first held in 1986. There are thirteen existing contest categories: sumo robot, mini-sumo robot, rescue robot, robo hockey, maze robot, etc., and our team is competing in the Maze Robot category.
The competition’s premier corporate sponsor is Honda.
