YEREVAN, MARCH 25, NOYAN TAPAN. The second anniversary of former RA Prime Minister, former Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Andranik Margarian was marked on March 25. On that occasion RA President Serzh Sargsyan, NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamian, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian, other high-ranking officials visited A. Margarian's grave in Komitas Town Pantheon. Country's leadership, many members of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia laid flowers to A. Margarian's grave. A requiem was served on A. Margarian's grave. "Andranik Margarian dreamt that the authorities will serve the people and with his own example tried to liquidate the border between an official and a citizen. And I think that by doing it we all will be able to build the country he dreamt of," Yerevan Mayor Gagik Beglarian told journalists. Gagik Minasian, the Chairman of the RA NA Finance-Credit and Budget Committee, said that A. Margarian treated with complete devotion his homeland and people, which for him was in the first place. Besides, according to G. Minasian, A. Margarian had an inflexible will-power for solving the problems set before him and at the same time was a very considerate friend, he never mixed his personal relationships with state affairs.
