YEREVAN, MAY 8, NOYAN TAPAN. At the request of a number of Diasporan Armenian investors, Ameria consulting company started the program of foundation of the first international summer camp for children in Armenia with the aim of organizing recreation and education of local and Diasporan Armenian children. The first stage of the program on design and launching of the camp to be built in the city of Dilijan has already been completed. The results of the tender for architectural design of the camp, which was announced in March, have been simmarized. More than 20 architectural companies from Armenia and abroad participated in the tender. Ameria selected the best three designs sumitted by the 4th studio of Armproject OJSC, "Storaket" architectural studio and architect V. Harutyunian. NT was informed from Ameria company that the authors of these three designs will receive 300 thousand dollar prizes each. The final selection of the camp design will be done in June, taking into consideration the results of additional discussion on technical proposals of the three designs that have reached the final stage. Investments on the program's implementation make about 5 million dollars. Village Camps company (Switzerland) - one of the most famous and largest international companies specialized in the field - assumed management of the camp which meets all international standards.
