YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 11, NOYAN TAPAN. This is the 6th year that the State Philharmonia of Armenia joint with the US parentless children's "Christmas" foundation holds charity events. As Feliks Aramian, the director of the Philharmonia informed the Noyan Tapan correspondent, New Year charity performances for 15 thousand children will be organized at the "Aram Khachatrian" concert hall on January 3-5, 2006. On January 6-11 the Philharmonia will hold charity concerts at all orphanages, and on January 13 at the Nor Nork old-aged people's house. F.Aramian mentioned that on this December 4 a telethon will be held in Los Angeles money collected during which will be given for holding the above-mentioned events.
