YEREVAN, AUGUST 31, NOYAN TAPAN. 1537 pupils have entered the State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA) this year, the traditional greeting-meeting with who will take place on September 1. As it was mentioned in the message submitted to Noyan Tapan, Yuri Sargsian, the SEUA Rector will welcome new "politechnicians" congratulating them on the occasion of becoming students. The institution of higher education having a biography of 72 years receives the new academic year with a number of new laboratories, auditoriums, renewed computer technics, other technical means and equipments. A number of new professions and specializations have opened at the SEUA this year: the first entrance was carried out in the specialization "Technology of Poligraphic Industry; a new technological specialization "Inoformation Measuring Technics and Technology" opened at the Department of Cybernetics. Two new specialities opened at the Vanadzor branch of the University. The list of specialities in departments of correspondence education and "Foreign Citizen's Education" is widened.
