The resolution about "The activity of democratic institutions in Armenia" adopted by PACE is "rather positive". On October 11 during the press conference the member of Armenian delegation in PACE, the representative of "Prosperous Armenia" party expressed such opinion. N. Zohrabyan emphasized the forthcoming parliamentary and presidential elections in Armenia, as they really play a decisive role for Armenia's democracy. The deputy also noted that the Election code was also touched upon. "We have improved election code but we all understand that any code can become perfect, but more imporotant is to have a political will in order to realise it. Let's also note that the adopted resolution hasn't essentially changed compared with the previous one. "Some editorial changes have been done". According to Naira Zohrabyan we can consider March 1-2 in 2008 page closed, however PACE will continue keeping in focus the disclosure of the circumstances of the ten deaths.
