February 16, 2011, Yerevan, Armenia VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, announces organization of training course on the basics of project management for the students of a number of Armenian universities. Should any project be started before the ways of its implementation and the outcomes are clear? What steps should be made first to guarantee the success of the project? Creating a healthy working environment is not enough to get the answers to these questions and to expect tangible results. Equally important are the definition of the aims, the management tools and the adopted strategy.
