YEREVAN, APRIL 18, NOYAN TAPAN. Everybody knows that the monthly rent for one square meter of a residential area in the center of Yerevan exceeds 3 thousand dollars but most of leasing agreements are registered as gratuitous, the deputy head of the State Tax Service Armen Alaverdian said at the April 18 meeting with reporters. In his words, everybody - realtors, leaseholders, landlords, except for tax bodies - knows real prices of the leased areas.
