According to preliminary data, an armed incident took place at 18:30 of May 20 in the street of Terian, Gyumri, between sons of Gyumri Mayor Vardan Ghukasian and former Chief of the Governor's Office Urban Development Department, head of the Bargavach Hayastan (Prosperous Armenia) party territorial office Artashes Sargsian.
