On 2 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked an enlarged consultation on issues related to the formation of the 2012 state budget. The President expressed his satisfaction with close cooperation between the legislative and executive branches, noting that thorough discussion of this important document makes it more balanced. The Head of the State noted that the 2012 state budget should be realistic, maintain its social orientation and create possibilities for ensuring the dynamic pace of the country’s development.
