YEREVAN, OCTOBER 19, NOYAN TAPAN. The Armenian-European
Policy and Legal Advice Center (AEPLAC) published the 8th volume
of the "European Integration Library Series." The presentation
of the "European Union in Details" handbook took place on
October 18.
"The European Union's history, structures, legislative
system, EU relations of member and non-member states of that
organization, including ones with Armenia, are presented in the
handbook," Tigran Grigorian, the AEPLAC Capacity-Building Expert
said.
This handbook published with co-financing of the Department
for International Development of Great Britain is the first
bilingual, Armenian and English, publication in Armenia which
will serve as an educational handbook for holding general
courses concerning the EU issues with civil and state
servicemen. Kenneth Munther, the AEPLAC European Director stated
about it. In his words, the publication of the handbook also had
a goal to rise the level of awareness about the EU factions,
development approaches in Armenia.
