AGREEMENT ON ARMENIAN-SLOVAKIAN COOPERATION IN SPHERE OF
CULTURE ENVISAGED TO BE SIGNED

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, NOYAN TAPAN. It is envisaged that
Marek Madyarich, the Slovakian Minister of Culture, will visit
Yerevan at the end of November and will sign an agreement on
Armenian-Slovakian cooperation in the sphere of culture with
Hasmik Poghosian, the RA Minister of Culture. This information
was provided to a Noyan Tapan correspondent by Ashot Grigorian,
the Head of the Armenian community of Slovakia.
In his words, the cooperation frameworks between the first
TV channel of Slovakia and the Public TV and Radio Company of
Armenia in the sphere of exchange of TV programs and joint
filmmaking will be mentioned in the document. It was mentioned
that the first TV channel of Slovakia has a wide auditorium in
Czechia and Poland as well.
Ashot Grigorian also declared that he is envisaging to open
credit lines of about 15 million euros by his own means for the
purpose of providing financial means to the Armenian-Slovakian
cultural projects.
