Trade turnover made 794 bln 696 mln drams (over 2 bln 258 mln USD) in current prices in January-August 2007, exceeding by 8.9% the respective index of the same period of 2006 (in comparable prices). Retail trade made 509 bln 954 mln drams in current prices in January-August 2007, growing by 10.9% (in comparable prices) as compared with the same period of 2006. Services amounted to 335 bln 599 mln drams in current prices in January-August 2007, exceeding by 19.9% (in comparable prices) the index of the same period of 2006.
