Dear women, On behalf of the republic's authorities and myself I cordially congratulate you on the March 8 International Woman’s Day. This bright and beautiful holiday is an occasion to address warm words and wishes to you – the heroic women of Artsakh who were fated to pass through numerous ordeals and hardships, be strong and firm, support the men in difficult moments. We are sincerely proud of you, your brevity and heroic deeds, wisdom and devotion, kindness and tenderness. Though we do not tell you about it on a daily basis, be confident we always feel and rate high your painstaking mission of being considerate mother, loving wife, selfless defender of the native hearth.
