TOKYO, MAY 29, NOYAN TAPAN. Toshikatsu Matsuoka, the Minister of Agriculture of Japan committed a suicide by hanging himself. A number of financial scandals are connected with the name of the 61-year old Minister of Agriculture. He was to respond in front of the budget committee of the parliament relating to accusations connected with abuses of state resources. The police did not present any comments on the occasion of the case.
