Regulatory Commission has made a great progress, and we
anticipate to continue working with it in the future." The US

In the words of the commission chairman Robert Nazarian,
one of the commission's achievements over the past 10 years is

such a body in development of the country's economy is quite
considerable. According to him, the commission has succeeded in
organizing its work in quite a transparent and public way. R.
Nazarian said that by their activities they intend to balance
the interests of both consumers and companies providing
