KAPAN, SEPTEMBER 14, NOYAN TAPAN. 7-person delegation of the city of Glendale visited Kapan on September 13, within the framework of the cooperation between U.S. Glendale and RA Kapan sister cities. As Ara Avetikian, a delegation member, sister cities commission board member informed the Noyan Tapan correspondent, the main goal of the visit is to show assistance to the Kapan hospital, particularly, to the delivery ward. It was mentioned that 200 thousand U.S. dollars were already collected for recosntruction of that department. Kapan Mayor Armen Karapetian received Glendale delegation on the same day. He presented the Mayor's Office works to the guests. Then the delegation members visited the Kapan hospital. The guests visited the Garegin Nzhdeh memorial complex and laid wreaths. The Glendale delegation visit lasts till September 14, after what the guests leave for Artsakh.
