YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 8, NOYAN TAPAN. The scope of the case of premeditated aggravated murder of Shahen Hovasapian, head of the State Tex Service's Operative Investigation Department, has widened. The criminal case will also be based on Article 34-104, Part 2, Point 1 of the RA Criminal Code (attempted murder of two other persons who were in the car) and Article 235, Part 1 (illegal carrying of arms).
