STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 22, NOYAN TAPAN. On February 21, NKR President Arkadi Ghukasian received Georgy Drndarski, new Head of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) Stepanakert Office. During the meeting they touched upon the process of humanitarian and health protection programs implemented in NKR territory and a number of issues related to the ICRC activity. Both of the interlocutors emphasized the high level of cooperation between the organization and NKR authorities.
