The RA Ministry of Education and Science periodicaly receives programs, opinions, conceptions and suggestions concerning educational, as well as scientific reforms from international and different public, scientific organizations and individual scientists, and as a rule, take them into consideration. According to the explanation spread by the Press Service of the Ministry on February 17, the research done by UN was also taken into consideration. It is mentioned that the latter cannot be a state conception, as it is often misunderstandingly presented in the press publications. "That research is only the opinion of a number of experts elected by an open competition by the UN Yerevan Office, and nothing more", is said in the explanation. It is also mentioned that Minister Sergo Yeritsian has announced for many times that "the National Academy of Sciences existed, exists and will exist".
