YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 7, NOYAN TAPAN. An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.9 took place in Georgia, 85 km north-east of the city of Kutaisi at 08:08 local time on February 6. According to the RA National Seismic Protection Service, the earthquake measured 6-7 on the Richter scale in the epicenter. Another earthquake mesuring 6 in the epicenter and with a magnitude of 4.2 took place 105 km north-east of Kutaisi at 13:43 local time on the same day.
