ETCHMIADZIN, JANUARY 26, NOYAN TAPAN. The regular meeting of the theological dialogue among the Catholic and Old Eastern Orthodox Churches will take place at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on January 26-30. Cardinal Walter Kasper, the President of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity in Rome, and Metropolitan Amba Bishoy of Damiette of the Coptic Orthodox Church will preside the meeting. According to the information submitted to Noyan Tapan by the Information Services of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, theological issues concerning the theme "Church as the Sacrament" will be discussed at the meeting. The guests will be present at the Surb Liturgy to be celebrated at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on January 29, then they will visit the Surb Grigor Lusavorich (Gregory the Illuminator) Mother Church to express their worship to relics of Holy Patriarch Gregory the Illuminator.
