YEREVAN, DECEMBER 6, NOYAN TAPAN. Late on December 2, the discussion of chosing competition places for preliminary rounds of 2006/2007 Europe championship of up to 17 and up to 19 years old took place in the city of Limasol, Cyprus. It was decided to hold the up to 17 10th group tournament in Armenia. Teams of Armenia, Scotland, Hungary and Bulgaria are involved in this group. As Noyan Tapan was informed by the Press Sectretariate of the Football Federation of Armenia, the FFA delegation managed to assure representatives of the conference of the UEFA 8th youth delegation by convicing facts in the readiness of the FFA and football sub-structures of Armenia to express themselves as tournament organizer. The tournament will take place in the period from September 30 up to October 5. The team of Armenia will hold the first meeting on September 30, the second on October 2, the third one on October 5. Whilemean the team of Armenia up to 19 years old, which is involved in the 7th group with teams of Hungary, Cyprus and Azerbaijan, will hold the group tournament in Cyprus in the period from October 27 to November 1. The team of Armenia will hold the first meeting on October 27, the second on October 29, the third one on November 1.
