YEREVAN, OCTOBER 27, NOYAN TAPAN. On October 25, the RA NA discussed in the second reading the draft on making amendments to the acting law "On Great Patriotic War Veterans." According to this, the size of honour payments may not be less than 10 thousand drams starting from January 1, 2006. This makes 4500 drams at present. The RA Government will define the size of monthly honour payments to veterans.
