STEPANAKERT, August 31 (Noyan Tapan). A Russian delegation headed by Iosif Kobzon, People's Artist of Russia, will arrive in Stepanakert on September 1. 70 art workers are within the delegation. Vladik Mikayelian, Chief of the Culture Department of the NKR Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, told NT's correspondent that the Russian artists will participate in the solemn arrangement dedicated to the 13th anniversary of the NKR independence on September 2.
