On 27 December in connection with the New Year and Christmas holidays President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed an order on rendering 25 thousand Drams lump sum payment to the veterans and participants of the Great Patriotic War living in the Nagorno Karabagh Republic, individuals equaled to the veterans and participants of the Great Patriotic, as well as family members of the Great Patriotic War martyrs with total number of 449 people. According to the order 11 million 225 thousand Drams from the fund of the head of the Artsakh Republic President’s Office were assigned to the NKR ministry of social security for carrying out the payment of the financial aid. The ministry of social security was charged to undertake corresponding measures for proper realization of the given order and report the results to the President.
