In the scopes of “Access to information for blind people” audio books have been created and published with Constitution and most important articles of the electoral code, which will be presented on February 24th. The Project is designed to provide 1st and 2nd category blind people of Armenia with the access to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Electoral code of the Republic of Armenia, since there are upcoming Parliamentary and Presidential elections. The project goal is to provide blind people of Armenia with the access to laws and regulations of the country and encourage them to be civically active citizens.
