STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. From 12 to 13 November Presidents of Artsakh and Armenia Bako Sahakyan and Serzh Sargsyan were present at the military exercises of the Defense Army. On 12 November Bako Sahakyan and Serzh Sargsyan partook at the consultation held at the headquarter of the Artsakh Republic Armed Forces dedicated to the issues of army building. Defense minister Movses Hakobyan delivered a corresponding report. The Presidents partook also at solemn ceremonies of handing over keys from newly-built dwelling houses to servicemen and visited a number of economic objects, particularly the Mataghis hydropower station in.
